Job Overview

The Sr. Customer Growth Program Manager is a key member of our Customer Marketing team, responsible for driving efforts for upsell, cross-sell and other expansion opportunities. This motivated, self-starter has a passion for understanding customers and implementing programs to penetrate accounts with additional capabilities that create customer value. This position works in close collaboration with the go-to-market teams to increase pipeline and bookings and to impact retention. This role reports to the Sr. Director, Events.

Responsibilities

  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, SDRs, Demand Generation, Customer Success and Marketing Operations to identify and implement upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing customer base
  • Use whitespace analysis, intent data and predictive modeling to target customers that may have a propensity to buy talent acquisition solutions
  • Work with Customer Marketing colleagues to understand which customer decision-makers are in our database and how to develop strategies and programs to drive awareness and inquiries about iCIMS solutions
  • Develop an Account Based marketing strategy and program for target customers, working with sales and customer success on joint account planning and with the demand generation team on crafting campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with Demand Generation team to repurpose existing prospect-facing campaigns for customer audiences and improve Lead Scoring program
  • Partner with Studio to create customized content for product-specific upsell and cross-sell campaigns
  • Work with events team on iCIMS annual conference and field events that drive sales in our customer base, including C-suite engagement events such as executive roundtables and dinners
  • See opportunities where thought leadership content can be used to connect with decision-makers and drive leads for SDRs to contact
  • Identify key metrics that show what success in Customer growth looks like on an ongoing basis and work with Marketing Operations to pull data and create dashboards
  • Engage with legacy and champion customers to understand what they like about existing products, what gaps their Talent organizations have, and what products could be helpful to them in the future
  • Leverage existing channels (social media, Community, customer newsletter) to share expansion-related content (e.g., blogs, product infographics) with existing customers (e.g., the healthcare industry Community group)
  • Partner with Product Adoption, Advocacy and Retention marketers to see where we can support each other’s work and tag-team certain customers

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of related experience in campaign management / demand generation / account based marketing
  • 3+ years management experience leading and growing a marketing team preferred
  • Proven successful marketing experience in planning, developing, executing, and measuring marketing campaigns for B2B tech/SaaS products
  • Experience leading campaigns end to end, with knowledge of audience, brand, thought leadership, targeting and segmentation strategies, campaign analysis, messaging and positioning, creative, content development and the marketing mix across the buyer’s journey,
  • Strong analytical skills, data driven, and obsessed with achieving set goals and return on investment
  • Ability to understand what motivates buyers and translate that into content and campaigns
  • Experience influencing cross-functionally and at all levels to deliver on business goals
  • Standout interpersonal skills with outstanding ability to collaborate constructively and cross-functionally
  • Track record of optimally prioritizing and leading multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience using Salesforce, Marketo, Demandbase, Tableau, and other ABM tools
  • Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment that is experiencing high growth
  • A self-starter who takes the initiative, someone who can proactively identify issues/opportunities and recommend solutions

Compensation and Benefits

The target total compensation for this role is $100,000-110,000. Compensation will be based upon experience.
