Job Overview

The Head of Talent Acquisition at iCIMS has the unique opportunity to deliver innovative and exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences while also operating as Customer 0 for our market-leading iCIMS Talent Cloud. This role is responsible for designing and executing on innovative strategies to attract, assess and engage candidates across all talent segments, lines of business and geographies. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, This individual will lead a team responsible for full-cycle Talent Acquisition delivery in a dynamic Software-as-a-Service Company.

Responsibilities

  • Drive innovative  sourcing and selection strategies resulting in high performance TA outcomes.
  • Lead, develop, mentor, recognize and reward a high performing TA team; provide coaching and feedback to promote engagement, growth and retention.
  • Understand and anticipate external market trends; incorporate insights into sourcing and selection strategies
  • Proactively attract and engage diverse talent in hiring, pipeline/talent community building efforts
  • Partner with business leaders, Talent colleagues and Finance to develop strategic workforce plan resulting in a qualified hiring demand plan.
  • Communicate and fulfill hiring demand plans within assigned budgets and timeframes.
  • Develop, communicate, measure and provide feedback on performance goals across the Talent Acquisition team
  • Leverage talent intelligence metrics and insights to steer decisions and investments , and ensure high performance outcomes
  • Adopt innovative best practices across brand, DEI, tools, technology and metrics designed to attract, engage, assess and hire high quality candidates
  • Collaborate across the Talent team to ensure programs and initiatives are communicated and successfully implemented
  • Organize and execute recruitment events and experiences to establish and promote a strong employer brand across diverse populations and cultures.
  • Serve as “customer zero” as an early adopter of, and business consultant to iCIMS product management
  • Design and run a high quality, cost efficient Operational support model including processes, tools, systems, training, reporting cadence necessary to scale and support the function while creating a predictable, compliant TA experience in all markets.
  • Identify, integrate and manage all recruiting related vendors and tools maintaining SLAs.
  • Lead select, targeted executive searches as needed
  • Consult with Marketing and CBID to incorporate employer brand and DEI, culture and values messaging in recruitment marketing campaigns and processes.
  • Serve as a thought leader and subject matter expert across select customer, ecosystem engagements
  • Promote the iCIMS employment brand and value proposition
  • Conduct business with integrity consistent with iCIMS values, policies and procedures
  • Adopt and contribute to recruitment process best practices shared across private equity portfolio companies
  • Ensure compliance with all local regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading a Talent Acquisition team or similar position in a Technology/ SaaS environment with a minimum of 10 years of recruitment experience with at least 5 years successfully leading a team.
  • Exceptional client relationship skills and demonstrated experience developing consultative, influential relationships with executives and other key stakeholders- including within and across the Talent organization
  • Demonstrated business and analytical acumen, use of talent analytics to drive effectiveness in the recruiting process
  • Strong project management/organizational skills with strong attention to detail, people, systems and processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask in a fluid, fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with specialized sourcing strategies and operational cadence to proactively build candidate pipelines to meet business demand in a cost-effective manner. 
  • Demonstrated vendor and client management skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills. 
  • A solid understanding of current employment regulations and compliance issues, including OFCCP, and GDPR.
  • Adapts to change, learns quickly, and understands how internal and external factors impact decisions.
  • Command of Microsoft Office Suite and Internet recruiting/CRM tools is required.
  • Experience building a recruiting function at scale, with the ability to scale into new markets and strategic segments.

Preferred

  • BA/BS degree (preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organization Effectiveness, or related discipline) or equivalent work related experience. 
  • Previous experience in both agency and corporate recruiting strongly preferred
  • Global experience preferred
  • M&A integration experience preferred

The target total compensation for this role will be based upon experience.
