As a member of our 24x7 Customer Support team, you’ll provide a service experience second to none as you help our customers address their problems and resolve any technical obstacles in their path. You’ll be supported internally by a best-in-class team, receiving ample training and development opportunities to help get you up and running and ready for primetime.

  • Use outstanding customer service skills by keeping a positive, friendly, can-do outlook for our customers
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer concerns and issues promptly
  • Document all events and interactions in SalesForce by crafting, tracking, and closing cases when issues are resolved
  • Responsible for learning iCIMS’ platform and ancillary products quickly and providing accurate information about them to our customers
  • Independently collects and records information and details of the problem
  • Troubleshoot customer issues using remote desktop software
  • Correspond with customers through various channels, including phone, chat, and email, to resolve concerns and issues


  • At least one year of work experience in a customer service role
  • Must have excellent proficiency in Windows/Mac OS and its components
  • Strong customer relations skills
  • Capacity to control interaction in a consultative way
  • Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced work environment
  • Outstanding knowledge of web-browser-based technologies
  • Ability to be flexible in work schedule; including nights and weekends


  • Experience with HRIS, CRM and/or ATS
  • Experience with JSON and HTML preferred

Compensation will be based upon experience.
