As a member of our 24x7 Customer Support team, you’ll provide a service experience second to none as you help our customers address their problems and resolve any technical obstacles in their path. Responsibilities

Use outstanding customer service skills by keeping a positive, friendly, can-do outlook for our customers
\n
Acknowledge and resolve customer concerns and issues promptly
\n
Document all events and interactions in SalesForce by crafting, tracking, and closing cases when issues are resolved
\n
Responsible for learning iCIMS’ platform and ancillary products quickly and providing accurate information about them to our customers
\n
Independently collects and records information and details of the problem
\n
Troubleshoot customer issues using remote desktop software
\n
Correspond with customers through various channels, including phone, chat, and email, to resolve concerns and issues
\n
Qualifications
\n
At least one year of work experience in a customer service role
\n
Must have excellent proficiency in Windows/Mac OS and its components
\n
Strong customer relations skills
\n
Capacity to control interaction in a consultative way
\n
Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced work environment
\n
Outstanding knowledge of web-browser-based technologies
\n
Ability to be flexible in work schedule; including nights and weekends
\n
Preferred
\n
Experience with HRIS, CRM and/or ATS
\n
Experience with JSON and HTML preferred
\n

Responsibilities
Use outstanding customer service skills by keeping a positive, friendly, can-do outlook for our customers
Acknowledge and resolve customer concerns and issues promptly
Document all events and interactions in SalesForce by crafting, tracking, and closing cases when issues are resolved

Troubleshoot customer issues using remote desktop software
Correspond with customers through various channels, including phone, chat, and email, to resolve concerns and issues
Qualifications
At least one year of work experience in a customer service role
Must have excellent proficiency in Windows/Mac OS and its components
Strong customer relations skills
Capacity to control interaction in a consultative way
Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced work environment
Outstanding knowledge of web-browser-based technologies
Ability to be flexible in work schedule; including nights and weekends
Preferred
Experience with HRIS, CRM and/or ATS
Experience with JSON and HTML preferred
