Responsibilities
\n
Manage and oversee the local Accounting Shared Services operations including Billing, AR, AP, Procurement, FP&A and data governance to achieve corporate financial targets and continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
\n
Point person for local team’s questions, escalations, and problem solving.
\n
Assess current processes and identify improvement opportunities and implement plans to achieve improvement.
\n
Ensure the timely intake of vendor bills and resolve any processing delays; timely and accurate posting of cash receipts and that local AR team meets their monthly Cash Targets.
\n
Manage month-end close as it relates to Accounting Shared Services
\n
Assist team with prioritizing and handling inquiries to the Receivable and Payable email inboxes.
\n
Liaison with accounting, tax and compliance vendors to ensure local accounting and tax policies are being adhered to.
\n
Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and training material as needed.
\n
Work with employees to implement goals and monitor staff performance and take appropriate action to improve performance as needed.
\n
Develop and monitor important metric dashboards and other reports/controls for all shared services functions and resolve deviations as needed.
\n
Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline day-to-day shared service accounting operations and ensure compliance with the accounting standards, internal policies, and local accounting and compliance requirements.
\n
Develop and implement cross-training strategy on all Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions to ensure proper coverage.
\n
Consistently ensure that business is conducted with integrity and that behavior aligns with iCIMS policies, procedures, and values.
\n
Assist with special projects and annual audits.
\n
Qualifications
\n
12+ years of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable experience required.
\n
5+ years in a Shared Services Leadership Role.
\n
Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree in Commerce / Finance and a professional CA qualification.
\n
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to provide creative solutions to real-time challenges.
\n
Excellent communication skills (written & oral) and ability to interface effectively with all levels of employees/management and effectively disseminate information.
\n
Prior experience supporting and working with a US based company required.
\n
Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Excel.
\n
Strong working knowledge with India booking keeping/accounting/compliance.
\n
Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
\n
Ability to think creatively and critically and thrive in a dynamic work environment while maintaining high standards of work quality.

Experience working with ERP software, NetSuite preferred.

Salesforce knowledge – preferred.

Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the local Accounting Shared Services operations including Billing, AR, AP, Procurement, FP&A and data governance to achieve corporate financial targets and continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
Point person for local team’s questions, escalations, and problem solving.
Assess current processes and identify improvement opportunities and implement plans to achieve improvement.
Ensure the timely intake of vendor bills and resolve any processing delays; timely and accurate posting of cash receipts and that local AR team meets their monthly Cash Targets.
Manage month-end close as it relates to Accounting Shared Services
Assist team with prioritizing and handling inquiries to the Receivable and Payable email inboxes.
Liaison with accounting, tax and compliance vendors to ensure local accounting and tax policies are being adhered to.
Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and training material as needed.
Work with employees to implement goals and monitor staff performance and take appropriate action to improve performance as needed.
Develop and monitor important metric dashboards and other reports/controls for all shared services functions and resolve deviations as needed.
Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline day-to-day shared service accounting operations and ensure compliance with the accounting standards, internal policies, and local accounting and compliance requirements.
Develop and implement cross-training strategy on all Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions to ensure proper coverage.
Consistently ensure that business is conducted with integrity and that behavior aligns with iCIMS policies, procedures, and values.
Assist with special projects and annual audits.
Qualifications
12+ years of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable experience required.
5+ years in a Shared Services Leadership Role.
Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree in Commerce / Finance and a professional CA qualification.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to provide creative solutions to real-time challenges.
Excellent communication skills (written & oral) and ability to interface effectively with all levels of employees/management and effectively disseminate information.
Prior experience supporting and working with a US based company required.
Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Excel.
Strong working knowledge with India booking keeping/accounting/compliance.
Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
Ability to think creatively and critically and thrive in a dynamic work environment while maintaining high standards of work quality.
Preferred
Experience working with ERP software, NetSuite preferred.
Salesforce knowledge – preferred.
