Job Overview

The Senior Partner Program Manager is responsible for the design, development and day-to-day management of the iCIMS ISV Partner Program. This role is the “general manager” of the ISV Partner Program, owning the design, build and operations of a world-class Partner Program. This role requires a candidate who has experience developing and supporting Partner Programs. The candidate must be a strong leader, self-directed, well organized, diligent, be able to build strong cross-functional relationships, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 

This is a hybrid position, working from our Holmdel, NJ office twice a week.

Responsibilities

Partner Program

  • Assist in the development, improvement, and implementation of our ISV Partner Program
  • Support in the initial build of the next strategic iteration of the iCIMS ISV Partner Program
  • Proactively make recommendations and present cases as it pertains to the ISV Program
  • Maintain Program Roadmap for enhancements to be implemented on our annual Program Calendar
  • Own and maintain partnership agreements related to the Program
  • Work collaboratively with Product to understand their roadmap and implications on Program goals and operations
  • Acquire new partners for the program and track progress
  • Develop onboarding process of new partners in collaboration with Partner Enablement
  • Drive recommendations based on partner and team feedback on enhancements to the program and available partner APIs.
  • Lead partner communications strategy with support by marketing (e.g., monthly partner email, bi-weekly sales update)

Partner Ops

  • Build and maintain all Program process documentation and own workflows within Partner systems related to the Program
  • Be a go-to authority on the day-to-day of the Program, including resources and tools.
  • Lead Partner Program Fee execution, strategy and corresponding processes
  • Run operations of Program benefits and requirements (config sites, etc.)
  • Assist with day-to-day activities supported by Partnerships & RevOps
  • Work directly with key Partner leaders on critical strategic, organizational, and operational projects designed to increase revenue, productivity, and operational efficiency
  • Work with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance/Accounting, and Legal
  • Partner closely with quota carrying leader on overall revenue attainment and success of the program.

Qualifications

  • BS/BA in related field
  • 5+ years experience in Partnerships and Program Management; SAAS companies preferred
  • Experience and expertise in driving strategic Partner Programs and Partner organizations
  • Strong project management and change management skills – ability to handle and balance smaller operational tasks with larger projects
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and determination to understand all audiences related to a program and their needs
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional, partner and vendor relationships
  • Experience with revenue-generating programs, management of critical metrics
  • Experience with API integrations, developer communities and working with Product teams
  • Experience with Salesforce and Partner Community, LMS, data reporting tools

Compensation and Benefits

The target total compensation for this role is $90,000-$140,000. Compensation will be based upon experience.
