Job Overview

Our Associate Talent Acquisition Coordinator has a key role in helping us to support our team in building that successful global workforce so that we can continue delivering on this important mission. As a key member of the team, you’ll ensure an exceptional candidate experience and collaborate with TA Partners on multi-stage interview scheduling, onboarding new hires, conducting background checks, and providing ad hoc systems reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate multi-stage onsite and virtual interviews for global requisitions ensuring an optimal candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Initiate and coordinate pre-employment processes, including background checks and any relevant assessments while raising issues identified as necessary to ensure a timely start date
  • Provide a high-touch experience to ensure key communication takes place with all candidates throughout the entire interview process
  • Update and maintain the job template library within iCIMS ATS to ensure accuracy and alignment with the job description catalog maintained by Talent Management
  • Research, collect and compile data as requested from an array of sources and prepares appropriate reports for analysis
  • Assist with processing contingent hires in contingent workforce system
  • Respond to inquiries that come through the talent acquisition ticketing queue and inbox
  • Assist with I-9 and E-Verify submissions
  • Perform other ad-hoc talent acquisition responsibilities to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience
  • Consistently ensure that business is conducted with integrity and that behavior aligns with iCIMS policies, procedures, and values

Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of prior administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Must be customer service oriented with good interpersonal credentials and the ability to expertly interact with all levels of staff
  • Strong organizational skills, confirmed attention to detail/accuracy is required
  • Skills for reliably managing multiple projects simultaneously while operating in a proactive mode and working towards solutions & timelines
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated customer service orientation

Preferred

  • Professional experience in a Human Resources or Talent Acquisition department is preferred
  • Experience working with an ATS or HRIS such as iCIMS or Workday a plus

Compensation and Benefits

The target total compensation for this role is $25-$28/hr. Compensation will be based upon experience.
