Job Description
- Responsible for the overall implementation, configuration, maintenance, and management of the company’s Azure/AWS Cloud infrastructure
- Drive and supervise the build-out, deployment, and on-going maintenance of security controls, including recommendations for team additions and process improvement
- Participate in the Agile process to incrementally drive improvement of core security controls
- You will be building and overseeing the cloud systems, including servers, storage, network infrastructure, monitoring, backups, DR, and other cloud services using automated DevOps CI/CD pipelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in information technology
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience required
- Strong understanding of cloud native architecture and principles and infrastructure as code
- Knowledgeable of cloud, DevOps, network, systems and software architecture modalities and patterns
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and related tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Ansible, Terraform, Docker)
- Knowledge of cloud services (such as application integration, functions, databases, data warehouse and analytics, serverless computing, machine learning, developer tools, security, and identity management)
- Experience with cloud automation and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, PowerShell, ARM, Azure Automation)
- Advanced knowledge of Active Directory 2019, AzureAD and other modern IdM technologies
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Certificate Services
- Fundamental understanding and experience with DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jira)
- Knowledge of cloud operating systems including Windows and Linux
- Proven track record in system integration, design, and setup of Infrastructure as a service and Platform as a service deployments
- Excellent technical aptitude, resourcefulness, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to identify security risks and weaknesses and provide security mitigation and remediation
- Ability to think strategically with strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of information security standards (i.e. ISO 27001, NIST, and/or ITIL)
- SaaS software industry experience
