Job Description

Poka, an IFS company, is an innovative app designed for manufacturing companies that empower frontline workers to learn continuously, solve problems and collaborate in support of continuous improvement. We’re looking to add a knowledgeable Content Development Analyst to our expanding clients onboarding team. .

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Support content preparation tasks in an instance prior to a client implementation
• Digitize customer forms within the organization
• Create work instructions and skills from customer-supplied information and video/photos that may require editing
• Support implementation for a client and the development of written guidelines for a successful factory deployment of a use case requiring content creation in the organization
• Create dashboards for the advanced analytics feature to help customers visualize and analyze their data
• Enhance existing content creation training materials and develop new ones as needed

Qualifications

What you bring to the table:

• Possess relevant 2+ years of experience
• Experience in creating standard operating procedure for manufacturing industries
• Experience with PowerBI or another analytics
• Fluent in English, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to follow established standards and processes
• Adaptability to a changing environment and strong ability to work independently.
