Job Description
- Work in close, trusted, collaboration with AE, First Line Sales Managers, MD and Regional Business Operations Director so they can monitor their business around all key activities, such as, but not limited to, proactive Forecasting preparation, Pipeline growth management, assurance of most adequate Territory coverage, Planning, Quota assignment, Go To Market (GTM), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR’s), Deal Reviews.
- Co-ordinate with Regional Business Operations team and local Business Operations team (Field Operations, Deal Desk, Sales Compensation) making sure we provide and constantly optimize the support to the field.
- Responsible for sales activities and performance analysis, with a focus to improve sales efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure CRM accuracy and hygiene (Forecast, Pipeline, DARs submission, Deal reviews)
- GTM implementation and execution into the MU’s
- Monitor execution against FY Plan and Revenue Forecast, and related gap analysis.
- Coordinate and help monitor activities account executives, first line sales managers and MU leaders.
- Control, analyse pipeline and support pipeline growth initiatives, including all Demand generation activities.
- Implement and optimize processes around Deal Desk, CRM, Forecasting, Pipeline in connection with Global team.
- Help implement and execute all Corporate Business Operations programs.
- Sales compensation check and sign off, alignment with Global team on quotas and sales compensation plans, also being the entry point for the sales management and the field for all compensation related topics.
- Follow up with AE's to complete DAR's and work with AE’s to increase pipeline and work with them to resolve any issues in the business operations area
Qualifications
- History working in an IT international and matrix organization (preferably a matrix org….)
- A true team-player focusing on creating long term value for the team.
- Knowledge of enterprise IT system sales cycles
- History in sales-related processes is an advantage.
- History in working with CRM solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure, meet deadlines and able to work independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English + local language
- Internal and External focus on customers and work ethic based on a strong desire to fulfill expectations.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and deliver results with high quality.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Highly educated in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or similar area
- 5+ years or professional working history within Business Operations or role-related functions (e.g., finance, business controlling etc.
- French language skills desirable.
