Job Description

The Global Data Services Specialist will work as part of the Marketing Operations team, reporting directly to the Marketing Operations Project Manager. The role consists of updating and maintaining data in CRM to the highest quality, managing lead import and routing, as well as extracting data for internal reporting. Other duties will include the management of licenses for our demand generation tools, such as adding and removing users, as well as creating marketing campaign codes for the marketing team globally.

Duties will include:

• Perform bulk updates to CRM records (customer, contact and business activity)
• Perform data hygiene checks, which include duplication checks.
• Update and enhance CRM customer records (firmographic and demographic information from 3rd party tools, as well as IFS customer information on product and ‘go live’ date)
• Update customer information such as Go live date, IFS version, case study information etc...
• Manage lead imports and timely lead routing to sales facing employees
• Work on ad-hoc projects related to CRM or other marketing technology
• User access (license management)
• Creating campaign codes
• Ensure security compliance in accordance with GDPR and all other major regulatory laws.
• Ensure accuracy of data and work to identify/mitigate recurring issues.

Qualifications

• Strong affinity for accuracy – and a data lover at the core

• Fluency in Microsoft Excel

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role (full time or as an intern), working in a recognized CRM system to support processes such as data hygiene, reporting / querying, and analysis.

• High level of comfort working in business systems (CRM) and the ability to quickly learn, analyze and execute requests.

• Project management skills a must to remain organized in the face of a fast-paced work environment.
