We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Presales Supply Chain Procurement and Financials Solution Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Presales team, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients to understand their business needs and demonstrate how our solutions can address those needs effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and business challenges related to supply chain, procurement, and financial processes.
  • Collaborate with BDR and marketing teams to create content for internal and external events, participate as a speaker or exhibitor at events, this means to support demand generation as conclusion.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with potential clients to gather information about their current workflows, pain points, and objectives.
  • Develop and deliver tailored presentations and demonstrations of our supply chain, procurement, and financial solutions to showcase their value proposition and alignment with client needs.
  • Work closely with product management and engineering teams aka R&D to stay updated on the latest product features, enhancements, and roadmap developments.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, RFP responses, and other sales collateral to support the sales process.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including proposals, solution briefs, and case studies, to support the presales process.
  • Provide product training and support to sales teams to enable them to effectively position our solutions in the market.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on supply chain, procurement, and financial processes, industry trends, and best practices.

資格

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (7 years) in a presales or consulting role, preferably within the supply chain, procurement, or financial software industry.
  • Deep understanding of supply chain management, procurement processes, and financial workflows.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Experience conducting product demonstrations and delivering engaging presentations to clients.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and engineering.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and address client challenges effectively.
  • Willingness to travel (approximately 20-30%) to meet with clients and support sales activities as needed.
  • Fluent English communication or No hesitation for communicate with foreign colleagues.

  • Knowledge of the Japanese financial regulations and business environment is advantageous.
  • Major experience with financial software like SAP, Oracle and/or Japanese local financial PKG, and/or some tools relevant to supply chain, procurement, project management and sub-contract would be a plus.
  • Certification in supply chain management, procurement, or finance (e.g., APICS, CSCP, CIPS, CFA) is a plus.
