Job Description

Solution Architect -Presales are specialized in new sale and customer development and have an important role in the sale phase to create business opportunities from a solution-oriented perspective and show the customers how our product will fulfill their functional needs and requirement and deliver the value expected from the investment.

Solution Architect:

  • Participate in internal product presentations and demonstrations.
  • Provide answers to questions in a Request for Information(RFI) or a Request for Proposal(RFP)
  • Gain the knowledge of specific IFS products and services
  • Support and build custom demonstrations aligned with customers’/prospect key business initiatives
  • Ensure discipline of excellence and passion to every customer engagement-Support at external and internal customer facing events
  • Ensure the successful delivery of Proof of Concepts (POC) is tied to the customers’ success criteria and business initiatives
  • Committed to self-learning and regular product training
  • Working with the sales organization to address needs for the customers
  • Use the knowledge and/or the understanding of the major customers’ requirement to provide and/or propose commercially and viable product/solution improvement feedbacks.


  • At least 3 years of documented experience in presales activities or implementation of ERP systems in at least one product area: supply chain management or manufacturing
  • Ability to present proposed solutions to the customer
  • Commitment to supervision of the achievement of the established business goals during the project, reconciliation with the Client
  • Ability to work under time pressure, meet deadlines and prioritize actions in several projects at the same time
  • Teamwork skills
  • Good knowledge of Polish and English at the communication level (during recruitment meetings the skill will be verified)
