Job Description

We are looking for a Program Manager based in Sri Lanka to join the Program Governance Team within the Asset Applications group in IFS R&D!

The focus of the Program Governance team within Asset Applications is to ensure proper governance across a program that would enable the R&D organization to achieve the program’s objectives effectively and efficiently.

As a member of the Program Governance team, you will be responsible for setting in place processes, structures, and practices that enable effective governance as well as overseeing and managing various aspects of the program, such as planning, execution and monitoring. You will be working with many stakeholders across IFS and will be responsible for effective communication and reporting, stakeholder management, change management and the facilitation of collaboration amongst teams.

We are looking for self-driven and professional individuals who are confident:

• Making decisions and ensuring execution of actions
• Managing change, both within the process and the project context
• Managing stakeholders across technical, functional, and commercial teams
• Communicating effectively across all levels of our global organization, both verbally and in written formats
• Analyzing data to lead continuous improvement conversations.
• Facilitating problem solving activities and dealing with ambiguity
• Takes interest in the subject matter of the program and helps facilitate problem solving.

Qualifications

• The ability to efficiently engage with requirement owners and other stakeholders while contributing to activities related to product/solution management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills along with the ability of applying expertise & technology to achieve work objectives.
• Excellent organization and coordination skills
• Good understanding of one or more of our target industries and domain product/technology offerings as well as the business application processes for our target customers.
• Experience in technical design and programming skills will be an added advantage
