Job Description

WorkWave is a field service management software that provides SaaS solutions for businesses in the service industry (HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical, Cleaning, Lawn & Landscape, Home Delivery, Logistics & Distribution). We empower these businesses to deliver exceptional customer experiences and grow their customer base on our efficient and easy-to-use platform.

WorkWave Team is looking for innovative Client Quality Control Analysts who want to be part of a team of creative and talented individuals. Our teams are a mix of technologists, product managers, development engineers, and UI/UX designers, all working together to deliver our vision. You will be a part of our WorkWave team, helping to develop & support the WorkWave products


The Client Quality Control Analyst is responsible for reviewing photos that are submitted by our contractors after jobs have been completed. He / she will ensure tasks meet the standards established by the client or consumer which includes, analyzing work requirements, validating funds, reviewing for issue on the property either in photos or by contractor communication.

Once quality of work has been reviewed, the Client Quality Control Analyst will then be responsible for approving the contractor for payment or rejecting based on poor quality; being able to describe in thorough detail why a task was not approved for payment is a key part of this role.

The selected candidate will need to quickly adapt to feedback and implement changes to an ever-improving process.


  • Part qualification in any management function will be an added advantage. School leavers are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Prior experience in an operational environment will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent computer literacy. Proficient in Microsoft office packages and ability to learn skills of internal software and other tools.
  • Strong analytical and attention to detail skills.
  • Ability to work under minimum supervision.

The selected candidate will be on a Fixed Term Contract for one year and will be based on-site in the IFS - Colombo 2 (Access Tower) office.
