Job Description

Sitecore is experiencing spectacular growth all over the world. To build on Sitecore’s success and growth, we are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join the Sitecore Content Hub Professional Services team.

Position Summary:

As a Business Analyst you should have the ability to interpret user requirements and convey them into taxonomy, metadata and business use cases for assigned projects to implement and support our Sitecore Content Hub.

You have a proven track record of rock-solid analytical skills and thrive on problem solving as you are responsible for understanding the business use cases and translate these into technical tasks for it is execution.

This may include multiple accounts at a time (within a given brand or client or potentially across multiple brands or clients) or a singular, large scale or highly complex project, and ensuring that these projects’ requirements covered well and client expectations and are delivered on-scope.

You will interact heavily with customer’s content librarians, business owners or system integrators to make sure the configuration of our platform is fit for need. Your communication skills will help to ensure that the challenges and requirements are understood by the team and will participate in the solution developed by the team.

Your responsibilities:

  • Requirement analysis, clarifications and prepare requirement documents like Use-cases, user stories and product backlog
  • Supporting Project managers/Solution Architects in translating business requirements to technical specifications
  • Supporting project manager in interactions with customer as required
  • Supporting Architect and Developers in improvement activities
  • Assist in collating ad-hoc reporting
  • Team interactions, customer interactions and expectations management
  • Implementation of project processes and best practices
  • Adheres to policies, guidelines and procedures of Sitecore and customer while development is carried out
  • Ensure services are delivered as per SLAs
  • Travel is required, including the potential for international travel


  • Master’s degree is a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of English is required, both oral and written
  • 3+ years of proven track record working on IT Projects or Account Management
  • 3+ years working on software projects following Agile or Waterfall methodologies
  • Aptitude for understanding and utilizing web technologies
  • Experience in SaaS projects and delivery
  • Knowledge of web accessibility and browser capabilities
  • Advanced Excel skills


  • Must have experience having delivered implementations meeting typical SaaS project success factors, including improved metadata, improved data quality, improved publishing workflow and content management
  • Prefers working in a highly collaborative environment
  • Proven analytical and synthetic background
  • Highly developed organization and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and client-handling skills
  • Ability to contribute towards a team effort
  • Ability to work with ambiguity
  • Initiative and self-confidence, adaptable and able to cope with changing and evolving priorities while being able to identify new opportunities
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Understanding of presentation technologies such as (X)HTML, CSS and XSL is a plus
  • Understanding of Entity-Relationship models is a plus
  • Experience with content management systems, Digital Asset Management (DAM), business process applications is a plus
