Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer or Lead Quality Assurance Engineer(Test Automation) with strong leadership skills & sound knowledge on quality assurance process and technologies to drive our QA Team

As a part of your job you are expected to ,
Initiate, plan and drive activities related to automatic testing
• Ensure test scripts are created, along with relevant test coverage.
• Be active in improving and evolving test methodologies and tools used.
• Take lead and drive Test Automation within team.
Initiate, plan, and drive activities related to manual testing
• Plan and manage manual testing
• Maintain the manual test case repository.
• Engage in test designing, planning and test management activities.
Initiate, plan, and drive activities related to :
Usability testing
• Ensuring good end-user usability for the product area of responsibility.
Performance testing
• Ensuring the products & solutions developed are performant.
Security testing
• Managing tests and processes related to vulnerability handling.
• Plan and coordination Penetration test with external consultant.
Monitor, track, and document tests
Share knowledge, guide, and train colleague

Qualifications

Essential

• BSc. Degree in Computer Science or equivalent from a recognized university.
• Professional quality assurance and testing experience.

Desirable

• 3+ years of experience in Test Automation/Test Automation
• Very good understanding of programing basics, OOP concepts, design patterns relating to automated testing
• Experience with driving Test Automation within an Agile Development Process– Test Design, Test Scripting
• Solid understanding of QA processes, best practices, testing techniques, and methodologies
• An understanding of cloud and cloud concepts & Ability to work on a cloud-first environment
• An understanding and ability to design and implement CI/CD Solutions
• An understanding of agile and DevOps concepts
• Implement test automation on REST APIs and UI
• Ability to use Java, .Net , Playwright/Cypress/Selenium/Katalon, Linux tech stack

Experience in flowing areas will be Added Advantage

• Experience in Performance /Security /Usability /Disaster recovery testing
• Hands on experience on Playwright & Katalon Tools will be added advantage
• Knowledge on CI/CD and supporting tools (GitLab,Bitbucket,JFrog)
• Proven experience working with enterprise-scale applications
