Job Description

The Senior Reward Analyst will work in the HRIS team and work with process improvements, query resolution and reconciliation of data related to plans, quotas and HR information. Provide support for the communication and computation of bonus, commission plans and reward.

Essential Duties and Accountabilities

  • Process Improvements in HRIS for capturing, maintaining and communicating reward information
  • Work closely with other stake holders in the business
  • Support with the day-to-day administration of the Xactly Incent system.
  • Support the reconciliation of HR data and resolution of queries.
  • Work with and support other internal stakeholders (e.g. HR, Business Operations and Finance) with compensation plan related matters and queries.
  • Support with employee communications and plan documentation.
  • Assist as necessary with ad hoc projects related to Bonus and Sales Incentive Plans and Reward programs.
  • Work closely with the Xactly Administration Team to reflect changes and/or updates to plans.

Qualifications

  • A strong product focus, with the ability to identify opportunities for improving rewards & benefits system area
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a solid understanding on in the reward and compensation area
  • Knowledge of benefits contract language
  • Strong analytical skills and a understanding of benefits plan designs.
  • Self-starter, who is willing to take initiatives and able to work on multiple and tight deadlines
  • Demonstrates outstanding teamwork, proactively developing colleagues, caring about our reputation and always assuming positive intent
  • Ability to problem solve - identify, define and have the resilience to drive a good outcome
  • Ability to understand and influence multiple stakeholders from various disciplines (eg finance, legal, operations)
  • Advanced knowledge and ability with various Microsoft suites e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Teams
  • Outstanding attention to detail and customer service skills
  • Strong stakeholder management, written and verbal communication skills
  • 6+ years’ experience in Compensation and Benefits in a complex business environment.
  • Able to follow instructions and translate these into the required actions
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to work at pace and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable with working in an administrative capacity and handling a degree of routine
