Job Description

The service Delivery Manager is responsible for advising, guiding and delivering the desired outcome for the Customer/Partner in obtaining the most value out of the IFS Success Service. The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for service planning from an end-to-end delivery point of view. In addition, Service Delivery Manager will proactively advise their respective Customers/Partners to make efficient use of Service, identify opportunities to improve processes, practices, and business adoption, and lead service governance for IFS in partnership with Customer Success Management, Customer Management and executive stakeholders. The Service Delivery Manager enjoys the challenge of creating, communicating and delivering the desired outcome to the customer that forms the basis for successful engagement that ultimately leads to customer advocacy and value realization to the Customer/Partner

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • University degree, or equivalent professional qualification
  • Understanding of IFS Applications or/and FSM/PSO APPs and the delivery of IFS Service Portfolio is an added advantage.
  • Extensive Service experience, working directly with customers
  • Experience in working with all levels of the Customer Organization
  • Good leadership skills
  • Service mindset with commercial thinking
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Good situation handling skills
  • Ability to read and understand customer contracts and deliver them in collaboration with IFS Service Teams
