Benevity is searching for three Product Managers to join us in taking the next step in our journey to “infuse a culture of goodness in the world” by enhancing and expanding our best in class global corporate impact platform. The Product Manager will be responsible for managing the product throughout its lifecycle, defining the product vision, gathering and prioritizing customer requirements, crafting epics and stories while working closely with engineering to deliver a winning product that is timely and high quality. This role will also involve working with sales, marketing and support teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

What you’ll do:
● Lead and manage the Technology Operations teams, including Information Technology,
DevOPS, and our Technical Program Managers, to ensure seamless integration and
optimal performance across all technology initiatives.
● Ensure our Technology Operation teams have the resources and support needed to be
top-tier subject matter experts in IT, DevOPS, program management, PDLC, SaaS, and
software build/deployment.
● Oversee the IT components of onboarding programs, ensuring new hires are equipped
with necessary resources and provisioning with a specific focus in a Mac environment.
● Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance IT service delivery and technology
operations, aligning with Benevity's broader goals and adapting to evolving user needs.
● Collaborate with various technology teams across global locations to ensure alignment in IT and DevOPS practices, policies, and the sharing of best practices.
● Drive innovation and continuous improvement in technology operations, including the
management of user access, authentication, and authorization processes.
● Maintain up-to-date documentation of IT infrastructure, processes, and knowledge base
articles to ensure accessibility and accuracy for the IT and Technology Operations teams.
● Participate in budget planning and resource allocation to maximize efficiency within the ITand Technology Operations departments.
Qualifications
What you’ll bring:
● A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, with
strong foundational knowledge in IT and technology operations principles.
● At least 5 years of relevant experience, including roles involving leadership of IT, DevOPS,
and/or Technical Program Management teams in a SaaS environment.
● Advanced technical proficiency in desktop and network support, with a comprehensive
understanding of technical requirements for efficient IT operations.
● Hands-on experience with hardware and software troubleshooting, and familiarity with IT
service management platforms like JIRA.
● Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to translate technical information into
easily understandable terms for non-technical users.
● Strong working knowledge of network management tools and best practices for
maintaining international connectivity and managing Mac computers.
● Demonstrated ability to work independently, effectively balancing and prioritizing
multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
● Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, necessary for clear, concise,
and persuasive communication across various levels of the organization.
● Flexibility to work both remotely and in-office as needed, and willingness to travel as
required for on-site support, training, or IT infrastructure maintenance at different
locations.
