Job Description
Maintain and manage all operational aspects of Partner onboarding process, including contract administration.
• Manage Partner deal and project registrations.
• Establish, maintain and monitor lead flow to and from Partners.
• Partner commission administration.
• Act as a liaison to Field Sales, Partner Sales, Sales Ops, Legal, Marketing, Deal Desk, Sales Finance, and Order Management teams on all partner-related sales issues.
• Perform Global Partner Helpdesk support functions (license keys, badges, portal access, and respond to general program related questions).
• Support Partner and Affiliate Program rollout.
• Support the annual Partner re-tiering compliance process.
• Coordinate the Partner Commission process both with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures and ensure consistent business practices across regions and adaptations to local markets when required.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent 3-5 years Partner Support, or Sales Operations experience preferably in the software industry.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and Partner Programs.
• Extraordinary communication ability, both verbal and written, at all levels.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills including multi-tasking, prioritizing and the ability to plan work activities efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Structured and execution orientated with close attention to detail.
• Proven flexibility in dynamic environments and ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel.
Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:
• Exceptional Salesforce experience/super-user would be highly advantageous
• Channel management or similar experience
