Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Credentialing Project Manager to oversee the entire lifecycle of our certification exams, skills assessments, and knowledge assessments. This role is pivotal in ensuring these elements align with our strategic objectives and are executed with high standards of quality and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and timely updates of certification exams, skills assessments, and knowledge assessments from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with cross-functional Sitecore teams, internal and external subject matter experts, and community members to meet project milestones and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain documentation to support a legally defensible credentialing program and associated project management processes.
• Manage the beta testing process for certification exams and skills assessments, including supervising communications, documentation, and learner support.
• Maintain consistent communication with project stakeholders, provide regular updates on project status, identify and mitigate risks, and share project outcomes.
• Oversee the issuance and management of digital badges for over 2000 users on platforms like Credly, and build certification exams and assessments on relevant platforms.
• Implement industry best practices in project management to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of certification development and delivery processes.
• Ensure the credentialing program maintains high-quality standards through rigorous quality control checks and data analysis of item performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex projects within the software or SaaS sectors.
• Experience in leading or supporting the development of certification exams or similar training-based projects.
• Proficiency in managing digital badging systems, preferably with platforms such as Credly.
• Experience in administering or supporting online exams or quizzes on platforms like Kryterion Webassessor or Docebo.
• Strong proactive and self-starting approach to project management.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with credentialing best practices and industry standards.
• Work Starting Time: 11:00 AM Sri Lanka Time
