Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Creation:
    • Develop and design high-quality content, including presentations, infographics, reports, and other creative assets, to support the Head of Communications and the Partner and Channels teams.
    • Ensure all content adheres to the company’s brand voice, style, and messaging guidelines.
  2. Support for Head of Communications:
    • Assist the Head of Communications in executing communication strategies, including content development, project management, and creative input.
  3. Collaboration with Partner and Channels Teams:
    • Work closely with the Partner and Channels teams to understand their content needs and deliver creative solutions.
    • Develop and update content that supports partner engagement, including event materials, promotional content, and digital assets.
  4. Creative Support for Partner and Channel Management Teams:
    • Provide creative content support to the Partner and Channel Management team- including the development of visually appealing presentations, marketing collateral, and digital assets.
    • Assist in the creation of customized content to support partner initiatives and channel programs.
  5. SharePoint Management:
    • Maintain and update the Partner and Channels SharePoint page, ensuring content is current, consistent, and aligned with overall communication strategies.
    • Work with key stakeholders to regularly review and refresh the content on the SharePoint page to ensure it meets the needs of the users.
  6. Research and Insights:
    • Stay updated on the latest developments in content marketing, design, and communications.

Qualifications

Previous experience in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in content creation, communications, or a similar role.

Strong creative skills with experience in graphic design, presentation design, and content creation.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint) and design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.

Experience with SharePoint or similar content management systems.

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
