Join our fast-growing Operations team at Benevity as a Financial Operations Administrator. We're seeking a motivated self-starter with strong teamwork skills and flexibility. In this role, you'll support the success of our program offerings under the Financial Operations umbrella, focusing on processing key operational data and managing day-to-day financial tasks. Your primary responsibility will be supporting our foundation partners through efficient processing. You'll also play a crucial role in our operations team by handling client requests, contributing to special projects, and managing daily operational activities. Attention to detail, excellent communication, and strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Master processing workflows to ensure seamless execution of daily tasks.
  • Process updates, including client payroll processing, financial configurations, nonprofit banking updates, and transactional support, with meticulous accuracy.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance workflows, developing, implementing, and maintaining scalable protocols and processes.
  • Assist in launching both existing and new clients across our financial systems.
  • Utilize your deep understanding of internal systems to promptly resolve client technical requests with precision.
  • Communicate critical issues to management across departments and participate in implementing effective resolutions.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years experience in financial processing or other similar role requiring strong attention to detail
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education
  • Results-oriented, resourceful, and proactive
  • Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
  • Ability to work independently with sound judgment
  • Proficient in Google/MS Office suite, with intermediate Excel skills
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude and sense of humor
  • Excellent organizational skills, managing deliverables to meet quality requirements and deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement
