Job Description

  • Proactively monitor alerts for all cloud hosted IFS products and communicate with other resolver groups to rectify them
  • Adhere to SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs within the targets
  • Identify and categorize prioritized incoming events or alerts for IFS products
  • Resolve issues that are identified through the analysis by using own skills, access, knowledge, and any other acceptable resource
  • Identify knowledge gaps and produce Knowledge based articles to the team
  • Collaborate with other suppliers/stakeholders to improve monitoring tools and standards
  • Contribute to the operation (Event Management) coverage of 24x7x365

Qualifications

  • Value Add
    • Be on a bachelor's degree course
    • Have MBCS
    • Certified in Azure Certifications (AZ-900 or AZ-104)
    • ITIL Certification
    • ServiceNow Certified
    • Nagios Certified Individual (NCI)
