Job Description
We are seeking a visionary and decisive, industry-focused Product Management Lead for Energy, Utilities & Resources to join our global RnD team. This critical role requires a unique blend of functional product management skills, specifically around EAM, Asset Lifecycle Management, Mobile Workforce Management, Capital Projects coupled with deep industry knowledge in the utilities space. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a strong communicator, and a hands-on leader who can work cross-functionally to deliver innovative solutions while working closely with a team of product managers and business-unit leads. In this role you need to be located in the United States.

- Salary Range: $140,000 - $150,000 plus 20% bonus

Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of product management experience.
- Proven track record of successfully managing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in the technology, software, or related industries.
- Deep industry knowledge of Energy & Utilities
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Proven ability to understand customer needs and translate them into successful products.
- Functional knowledge and experience across ERP, EAM, ALM and MWM
