Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented PMO Specialist to join our dynamic partner excellence team. In this critical role, you will play a key part in supporting the successful execution of projects across the partner and channel (P&C) organization. You will work closely with key stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are structured, defined, delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.
- Project Planning & Support:
- Assist the P&C Org in the development and maintenance of all projects.
- Track project progress and identify potential risks and issues.
- Prepare and distribute project status reports and presentations.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure proper archiving.
- Process Improvement:
- Assist in the development and implementation of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Analyze project data to identify areas for improvement in project delivery.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Assist in the identification and management of project stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
- Resolve project-related issues and conflicts.
- Administrative Support:
- Coordinate project meetings and workshops.
- Prepare and submit project-related reports and documentation.
- Tools & Technology:
- Proficient in the use of project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana).
- Experience with other relevant tools and technologies (e.g., Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint).
Qualifications
- Skills & Abilities:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
Nice to have:
- Experience with Agile project methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience with specific project management software in JIRA and Asana.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Relevant industry certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP).
