Job Description

As a Lead UX Researcher, you will help shape the user experience of IFS Cloud, ensuring our products are usable, enjoyable, and aligned with customer needs. You will work closely with teams across the company to bring valuable user insights into the product development process.

As a Lead UX Researcher, you will:

• Collaborate with UX Designers, Product Managers, and developer teams to gather and evaluate research needs.
• Plan, conduct, and analyze research activities to understand user behaviors, challenges, and motivations.
• Validate product designs and concepts using methods such as usability testing or heuristic evaluations.
• Support teams in experiment design and hypothesis testing.
• Help consolidate research findings into clear, actionable insights for product teams.
• Promote evidence-based design and decision-making within IFS.
• Educate and mentor designers, product teams, and stakeholders on UX research principles and best practices.

Your insights will help drive user-friendly, enterprise-grade software solutions.

Qualifications

You are a curious and analytical UX researcher with a strong understanding of how to gather valuable user insights. You enjoy working with cross-functional teams and are comfortable planning and conducting user research independently. We’ll prioritize candidates with experience in enterprise software solutions.

You have experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods and may have worked with data analytics tools such as Pendo or Google Analytics. You’re interested in how AI can support UX research and are eager to integrate data-driven insights into the product development process.

We’re looking for someone passionate about understanding users, solving problems, and making a real impact. You don’t need to be an expert in everything - but you should be curious, open to feedback, and proactive in improving research practices.
