Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Specialist to join our experienced, self-organized team spread across Sweden, Sri Lanka, and Germany. Our team work in an agile environment based on SCRUM, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation.

As a Product Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the functionality of IFS Cloud products. Your work will focus on interpreting business needs and transforming them into fit-for-purpose, enterprise-grade solutions. Business value, usability, and solution consistency are at the core of everything we do.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and enhance ERP functionality based on business requirements and strategic direction.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business needs.
• Participate in quality assurance activities, including manual and automated testing, reviews, and solution maintenance.
• Develop documentation, presentations, and training materials to support knowledge sharing.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to colleagues, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Domain knowledge in Supply Chain (Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, or related areas).
• A degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering, Transport/Material Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience in software design and development.
• Hands-on experience with IFS Cloud or another ERP system.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• An understanding of effective user experience and usability principles.
