Job Description

We’re on the lookout for dynamic, open-minded, and innovative industry experts in Manufacturing and Project domains within our Unified Support division.

Being an expert in the relevant business domain with a thorough knowledge of industry best practices, you will be in the front line providing global support services to IFS Customers worldwide. Your exposure will be related to the Manufacturing industry.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or Computer Science, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years’ hands-on experience working in Manufacturing, Maintenance-related industries, Service & Asset Management, and thorough knowledge of working with different Business Applications.
• Prior experience working with IFS ERP in Manufacturing domain.
• The ability to efficiently engage with requirement owners and other stakeholders while contributing to activities related to product/solution management.
• Excellent Communication and Presentation skills along with the ability to apply expertise & technology to achieve work objectives.
• The ability to work in a distributed team set up on a 24x7 roster.

Working Environment

• 24x7x365 operation based on a 5-team shift roster
• Overtime may be paid according to requirements of the business operation
