Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and capable Program Manager to guide our Infrastructure & Platform Delivery initiatives for IFS Technology in Colombo, Sri Lanka. This key management role will oversee complex technology programs, and ensuring successful delivery of infrastructure and platform solutions that drive our organization's growth and innovation.

A Program Manager at IFS realizes the intended value of approved investment cases. A program manager is the voice of the customer, provides technical thought leadership, and ensures that we deliver the intended value on time, on budget, and with the right quality, resulting in great customer adoption and high customer satisfaction. Collectively with our Product Management function, you will be a significant contributor to the requirement discovery process.

Your remit will include:

• Develop and execute comprehensive program plans for infrastructure and platform delivery projects
• Direct cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives and milestones
• Manage program budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the program lifecycle
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align program goals with business objectives
• Oversee the integration of IFS Technology systems with new infrastructure and platform solutions
• Monitor program performance and provide regular status updates to senior management
• Drive continuous improvement in program management processes and methodologies
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards
• Mentor and develop team members to enhance overall program management capabilities

Qualifications

• University or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Proven ability in program management, with a focus on infrastructure and platform delivery
• Strong knowledge of cloud systems and related infrastructure
• Proven ability of successfully managing complex technology programs
• Excellent project management skills and proficiency in program management tools and methodologies
• PMP or other relevant project management certifications preferred
• Expertise with cloud infrastructure and platform services
• Knowledge of agile methodologies
• Strong management abilities with expertise managing cross-functional teams
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities
• Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Visionary approach to aligning technology solutions with business goals
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency
