Job Description
About the Role:
As the Global Partner Center Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing IFS’s co-sell engagement within Microsoft Partner Center. This includes submitting and tracking deal referrals, managing co-sell opportunities, overseeing Partner ACR reporting, and ensuring compliance with Microsoft partner programs. You will work closely with sales, partner, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of Microsoft-related deal processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Deal Referral & Co-Sell Opportunity Management:
- Enter, track, and manage a large volume of outbound deal referrals and co-sell opportunities in Microsoft Partner Center.
- Accept, track, and manage inbound co-sell opportunities in Microsoft Partner Center.
- Monitor deal status, coordinate follow-ups with sales teams and Microsoft, and register closed deals to ensure proper tracking and revenue attribution.
PRACR & Performance Reporting:
- Generate and manage monthly reports from Partner Center, including PRACR (Partner Revenue Attribution and Co-Sell Reporting) and quarterly Migration reporting.
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness in Partner Center and support a regular reporting cadence.
Partner Program & Compliance Management:
- Ensure IFS remains compliant with Microsoft's partner program requirements (e.g., competencies, co-sell eligibility, certifications)
- Monitor Microsoft’s program updates and incentive changes, communicating relevant information to internal teams.
- Coordinate with Microsoft partner support for issue resolution and best practice implementation.
Enablement & Internal Coordination:
- Act as the primary contact for Partner Center enquiries, troubleshooting issues for sales and partner teams.
- Train internal teams on how to use Partner Center effectively (e.g., deal referrals, PRACR reporting, co-sell tracking)
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, finance, and alliances teams to optimize
Qualifications
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience managing Microsoft Partner Center or similar partner portals.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in reporting tools, including Excel, Power BI, or CRM analytics.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data interpretation and reporting.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Experience in partner operations, sales operations, or channel management is a plus.
