Job Description

As a Graphic Designer at Sitecore, you will be part of our in-house creative team and assist in creating a range of projects and deliverables including but not limited to digital, print, social, email, landing pages, events, marketing, and branding. In this role, you are an innovator, a learner, and have strong attention to detail. You have experience working on brand/identity systems and are able to collaborate with stakeholders. The ideal candidate highly values collaboration and can synthesize clear design solutions with a distinct bias for action while factoring in the implications of a global brand. You will work closely with the Creative Director, senior executives, content creators, and marketing managers to understand the holistic seller journey and generate innovative and effective creative across all marketing channels.

You will be diligent in executing designs that are one of a kind and capture the essence of the company, products, or other items of focus. By providing creativity and a strong knowledge of tools/software used to develop media, you will help to uphold the excellence that we at Sitecore hold ourselves to.

What You’ll Do:

  • Working independently and under the guidance of the Creative Director, depending on the project, as well as cross-functional stakeholders as needed on complex or specialized projects
  • Ability to work as part of a creative team that collaborates on creative solutions to exceed client expectations – we move as a creative group, changing hands as needed to deliver on multiple projects.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and others within the company to understand assignment, audience, and intended message.
  • Create original visual media that communicates the desired feeling or message in an engaging and unified way, both print and digital.
  • Developing and executing design projects from start to finish—creative strategy and concept through production-ready files
  • Ensuring the creative work product is high-quality and aligned with creative brief/direction and timelines
  • Providing/presenting, when required, rationale and support for design choices and approaches
  • Ability to iterate and evolve concepts with constructive feedback
  • Staying current on creative, new media, technology, and industry trends

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or relevant experience
  • 6+ years of experience in marketing creative & design roles for B2B tech brands and organizations.
  • Online portfolio demonstrating complete design process including project goal, strategic vision, concept development, high-quality creative execution, and impact of finished work.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and iterate on different design options based on stakeholder and creative feedback.
  • Ability to share ideas and receive feedback from business partners and stakeholders through presentations and writing, and to go beyond the brief to give proactive ideas to the table.
  • Detailed, hands-on experience working within an established design system to create scalable experiences across channels while maintaining consistency and brand integrity.
  • Mentor and support other designers and partner with freelancers to ensure goals are met.
  • Experience with web design and building within a CMS
  • Knowledge of UX and front-end web design processes and best practices
  • Proficiency in the English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Technical Skills:

  • Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, XD
  • Microsoft applications, including experience in PowerPoint
  • Digital tools: Figma, Canva
  • HTML and CSS knowledge
  • Photo editing
  • Experience in editing/creating vector illustrations
  • Experience with AI
  • Nice to have: solid experience with Adobe After Effects, Premier Pro, and HTML5
  • Prior experience working in a project management software solution desired
