Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Analyst (FP&A) to join our Unified Support Finance Team. In this role you will provide financial insights and support to drive strategic decision-making and enhance business performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial principles, along with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key responsibilities

• Business Partnership: Support the Unified Support leadership team in making strategic business decisions by providing them with financial insight, modelling and ad-hoc analysis and reporting.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the development and management of budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategies.
• Performance Reporting & Financial Analysis: Analyze and present financial performance relating to actuals, forecast and budget, highlighting key metrics and variances to stakeholders. Conduct thorough financial analysis to assess business performance, identify trends, and recommend actionable strategies for improvement.
• Process & systems: Pro-actively work alongside the business and Finance to drive improvements in processes, systems and data quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (CPA, CMA, CFA) is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to show attention to detail while working with large volumes of data, but also be able to step back and see “the big picture”
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting; advanced Excel skills are required.
• Experience with financial software and ERP systems is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Ability to work under pressure and capable of managing numerous work streams at once
• Highly flexible and collaborative personality with an ability to work at a strategic and hands on level
