Job Description
The Role we are seeking a world-class Key Account Director to drive transformative growth across the Gulf region. This is a quota-carrying, individual contributor role focused on strategic industry accounts and large complex wins. You will own the entire sales cycle, orchestrating internal and external resources to create high-impact outcomes.
This role demands ownership, leadership without authority, and the will to drive transformation, not just transactions.
What You’ll Do:
- Own and drive the full sales cycle — from prospecting through to close — across assigned strategic industries
- Deliver consistent multi-million-dollar enterprise wins
- Build deep, trusted relationships at CxO and Board levels
- Orchestrate complex stakeholder engagements internally and externally
- Work closely with GSIs, partners, and the IFS ecosystem to amplify success
- Execute strategic account plans and create pathways for long-term customer success
- Be a catalyst for change — influencing both customers and the IFS go-to-market approach
Qualifications
What You Bring
- Strong relationships and network within strategic industries (Energy, Oil & Gas, Utilities, Telco, Manufacturing) in the Gulf region (Middle East experience preferred)
- 10+ years of proven success selling complex enterprise software deals with consistent large wins
- Expertise in managing long-cycle, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales
- Gravitas, resilience, and an absolute focus on results
- Ability to lead complex pursuits through influence, collaboration, and vision
- Hands-on, ownership mindset — no room for spectators
- Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred
