Job Description

We are looking for a creative, technically curious, and AI-enthusiastic individual to join the IFS Presales Support Services team as a Techno-Functional Consultant. This hybrid role blends storytelling, technical work, and content creation using tools like Consensus, ElevenLabs, Camtasia, and other AI-powered platforms.

You will work closely with our Presales teams to turn complex solution stories into engaging demos, videos, presentations, and interactive experiences. While your focus will be on visual storytelling and multimedia, you will also have opportunities to perform functional configurations in IFS Cloud to support or enhance demo environments when needed.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, script, and produce engaging product-related content (videos, voiceovers, presentations, social-style clips, animations, etc.)
• Create engaging multimedia assets: demo videos, voiceovers, animations, and presentation content.
• Design, script, and produce AI-powered demo experiences using platforms like Consensus and ElevenLabs.
• Develop visually compelling PowerPoint presentations and screen recordings that simplify complex solution stories.
• Use tools such as Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, and DaVinci Resolve to produce polished, reusable content.
• Stay current with emerging AI, automation, and media production tools to improve efficiency and impact.
• Collaborate with solution consultants and demo architects to ensure storytelling aligns with product value.
• Support configuration in IFS Cloud (e.g., custom pages, lobbies, mock data setup for demo scenarios.
• Build and maintain a content asset library and internal knowledge resources.

Qualifications

Must-Have:

• Strong background in creative content creation, multimedia production, or storytelling.
• Ability to communicate technical ideas visually and clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong interest in enterprise technology and a willingness to learn functional tasks in IFS Cloud.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and creative quality.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with tools like Camtasia, ElevenLabs, Adobe Creative Suite, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience using AI tools for content creation, automation, or storytelling (e.g., AI-generated voice, video, or text tools).
• Examples of previous creative work (video content, demos, presentations, etc.).
• Exposure to Consensus or similar demo automation tools.
• Familiarity with IFS Cloud or any ERP platform from a presales or content support perspective.
• Basic understanding of configuring elements like lobbies, workflows, or demo environments.
