Job Description
- Research, design & develop computer/network software solutions for IFS’ energy & utilities customers.
- Apply industry & enterprise solution delivery knowledge & experience in complex, multi-phase projects. Lead the consulting delivery of the IFS mobile workforce management (MWM) solution, maintain clear communication on all aspects of implementation with the customer, project & management teams.
- Design complex scheduling solutions using IFS BSE or PSO engines to meet utility business requirements & process.
- Ensure enhancements are minimized & standard product build in features/capabilities are leveraged in conjunction with IFS Project Manager.
- Delegate & manage the efforts of the other consulting team-members on the projects.
- Ensure the IFS MWM solution capabilities & expectations are aligned to scope & delivery commitments for the projects with partners & system integrators.
- Assess planned features in roadmap & ensure the voice of the customer active projects are incorporated into the roadmap decision process.
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on product direct & potential value of adoption of those product features to the assigned customers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field (will accept equivalent foreign degree) plus 5 years’ experience in a position driving complex utility enterprise software implementations, designing, developing, and deploying software solutions using workforce management tools and automated scheduling tools.
- 10% domestic travel required to unanticipated customer sites.
- Remote work permitted within the states of Connecticut, Massachusetts and/or New Hampshire
- Criminal and driving checks required

- Salary Range: $148,949 – $174,000 annually plus bonus;
