Job Description

We are seeking a Partner & Channel Reporting & Forecasting Analyst to join our organization. This newly created role will provide critical insights, reporting, and forecasting support to the Partner & Channel team. The analyst will work closely with leadership to deliver accurate reporting, actionable insights, and reliable forecasts, ensuring the Partner & Channel business is set up for success.

This is a highly visible role requiring strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to partner cross-functionally

Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Forecasting

  • Develop, manage, and enhance reporting processes specific to Partner & Channel business performance.
  • Deliver timely, accurate forecasts in alignment with commercial objectives.
  • Build dashboards and reporting assets (e.g., Power BI, Excel) to provide visibility into pipeline health, revenue, and partner performance.

Performance Analysis

  • Analyze key KPIs for partner sales, pipeline contribution, and channel growth.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across partner segments.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to leadership for improving channel performance.

Business Partnering

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Partner & Channel leadership team by translating data into clear insights.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, and Marketing to align reporting and forecasting with business priorities.
  • Participate in leadership and team calls, ensuring insights are embedded in decision-making.

Process Optimization

  • Continuously improve forecasting and reporting processes for greater accuracy and efficiency.
  • Standardize and simplify reporting frameworks in line with global operating models.
  • Support CRM data quality initiatives, ensuring partner-related data is accurate and actionable.

Strategic Support & Special Projects

  • Provide reporting and analysis to support go-to-market strategies, commercial initiatives, and leadership projects.
  • Contribute to scenario planning, revenue modeling, and strategic reviews.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in reporting, forecasting, business analytics, or sales operations (experience in partner/channel organizations preferred).
  • Strong proficiency with Excel, Power BI (or similar BI tools), and CRM systems
  • Proven track record in forecasting, data analysis, and performance reporting.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly to senior stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
