Job Description
Role Overview: The Vice President of Product is a strategic leader responsible for defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. This role is pivotal in fostering a high-performance culture that drives innovation, accountability, and customer-centricity across the product organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and communicate a compelling product vision aligned with company goals.
- Champion a culture of excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Set ambitious goals and inspire teams to exceed them.
High-Performance Culture Development
- Build and lead a high-performing product team through clear expectations, coaching, and feedback.
- Recognize and reward outstanding performance and innovation.
- Drive a bias for action, data-informed decision-making, and customer obsession.
Product Execution
- Oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
- Ensure products are delivered on time, within scope, and exceed quality standards.
- Implement agile and lean methodologies to accelerate delivery and responsiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Engineering, Marketing, Revenue, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and execution.
- Break down silos and foster transparency and trust across teams.
Customer & Market Insights
- Leverage customer feedback, market trends, and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.
- Ensure products solve real problems and deliver measurable value.
Operational Excellence
- Establish KPIs and OKRs to measure product success and team performance.
- Continuously refine processes to improve speed, quality, and scalability.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Communicate product strategy, progress, and impact to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- Act as a thought leader and advocate for the product vision internally and externally.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred. (flexible)
- 10+ years in product management, with 3+ years in executive leadership.(flexible)
- Proven success in building high-performing teams and scaling products.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments preferred.
