Job Description
We are seeking a strategic, execution-focused delivery leader to drive cross-functional initiatives that elevate the employee and workplace experience. Sitting at the intersection of HR, Business Operations, and Strategy, this role ensures that key initiatives are not only well-conceived but delivered to a high standard, with measurable business impact.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with a bias for action, converting ideas into tangible outcomes. They take full ownership across the project lifecycle, leading workstreams, producing high-quality outputs, and solving problems in real time to deliver the desired results.
This is not a coordination role; success depends on rolling up your sleeves, driving momentum, and turning strategy into action.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Program Delivery: Lead and deliver enterprise-level people and workplace initiatives that advance HR’s strategic priorities and contribute to broader business outcomes. Translate strategic goals into actionable plans with clear milestones and measurable results.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner across HR, Workplace Experience, and enabling functions such as IT, Finance, and Operations to drive collaboration and deliver integrated business outcomes.
- Execution & Delivery: Take direct ownership for program outcomes by actively driving and executing workstreams – coordinating cross-functional actions, producing deliverables, analyzing data, and maintaining momentum across all stages of delivery.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build trusted partnerships with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Influence outcomes through clear communication, sound judgment, and practical problem solving.
- Insight & Analysis: Use business and data analysis to inform decisions, track performance metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement. Present insights clearly through high-quality PowerPoint and Excel outputs.
- Operational Excellence: Design and implement scalable frameworks for program delivery, governance, and reporting that enable consistency, transparency, and accountability across HR and enabling functions.
- Change Enablement: Support organizational change by helping teams adapt and embed new ways of working that drive real, lasting improvement.
Qualifications
Skills & Experience:
- Strategic and Hands-On Delivery: Operate as both a planner and executor, translating strategy into action with accountability and attention to quality, ensuring deliverables meet agreed standards and outcomes.
- Business Acumen: Understand how people programs connect to broader business outcomes; able to engage credibly with senior leaders and translate goals into actionable plans.
- Analytical Strength: Demonstrate strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, using data and visual storytelling to inform decisions, track progress, and communicate impact.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven success working across multiple functions and geographies, aligning diverse stakeholders behind shared goals.
- Execution Agility: Experienced in delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) with the judgment to apply them pragmatically in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Communication & Influence: Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills; operates with discretion and integrity, able to manage up, across, and down effectively.
- Problem Solving: Anticipates challenges early, identifying practical solutions, and ensures momentum never stalls.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in strategic, cross-functional program management, transformation, or consulting roles, ideally within HR or Workplace Experience functions.
- Project or program management training or certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) preferred.
