Job Description
The Partner Success Manager is a partner-facing role responsible for the success of IFS partners through the effective orchestration and leadership of a large virtual team, management of program deliveries, and establishing strong senior partner relationships.
The prevailing priority is advising/guiding partners on IFS product Standards, Guidelines, and industry Best Practicesfor the partners to be competent and self-sufficient towards the support and implementation of IFS solutions for their customers. The Partner Success Manager is also responsible to lead strategic discussions with their partners to identify Strategic Intents, business growth plans, and establishing the outcome from the identified business value from the Success program, empowering them to achieve more.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in servicing and management of customers and/or partners in a senior Service Delivery, Project Delivery or Account Management role.
- Industry depth and experience in either Field Service Management, Manufacturing, Telco, Energy & Utilities. Aerospace and Defense background and experience will be highly preferred.
- Familiarity and perspective on respective industry-related trends, operating KPIs, and value drivers.
- Strong acumen on delivery methodology and delivery service offerings for partners.
- Own and intently focused on IFS end-partner experience with products and services; noting that some products and services influencing the experience are from either third-parties or Partners.
- Highlighting and actioning delivery-related risk remediation with IFS Partners.
- Ability to lead through influence and trust internally within IFS and externally with partner's key stakeholders.
- Knowledge on Business Value Engineering, Assessment tools and overall processes.
- Ability to develop partner specific Value Metrics and outcome from the Success program.
- Understanding of subscription services and support the renewal process for services and licenses.
- Lead Executive Steering Committee meetings with partners and provide updates to IFS Leadership Team.
- Highly-driven to secure IFS references through the Voice-Of-Customer (partner satisfaction survey) process.
- Maintain and drive revenue margin for the assigned Success accounts.
- Drive utilization for the subscribed services.
- Communication and collaboration with Sales on any potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Communication with Global Delivery Senior Leadership Team on either reporting or escalations.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with other IFS departments such as Support, R&D, and Sales from the global team.
- Ability in building strong and trusted partner relationships, with a focus on satisfaction and exceeding expectations.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Experience in building, maintaining, and evolving relationships with Senior Executives and stakeholders from partner's organisation.
- Strong business acumen.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with work experience in a related field.
- Fluency in both English and Japanese (verbal and written).
- Domain knowledge of IFS Applications would be a plus.
