We’re hiring a Director of Business Development (Sales Development) to build and lead that function.

What you’ll own

  • Global BDR strategy across EMEA and North America (with scope to scale)

  • Leadership of a distributed, high-performing BDR team

  • ICP definition, outbound motions, and qualification standards

  • Coaching, development, and progression into AE roles

  • Close partnership with Sales and Marketing
