Job Description

The Senior Director of Demand Gen for Central Europe is the regional marketing leader responsible for driving revenue-contributing pipeline across the region. This individual is the primary marketing business partner to the Central Europe MDs, CDs and Heads of Sales and aligns the full marketing mix to CRO priorities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own regional demand generation strategy and pipeline contribution targets aligned to regional revenue goals

• Lead a team of marketers + BDR Director & BD team covering Net New, Install Base, Channel, and ABM motions

• Co-define quarterly territory plans with sales leadership; present marketing ROI in CRO QBRs

• Oversee IFS Connect events, partner marketing programmes, and ABM/AI campaign execution

• Manage regional marketing budget with full accountability

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or field marketing, ideally within enterprise software or SaaS

  • Proven track record of delivering significant pipeline growth across multiple European markets

  • Strong experience in both net new acquisition and install base marketing

  • Deep understanding of complex sales cycles and enterprise buying groups

Regional Expertise

  • Experience operating across France, Iberia, DACH, and Eastern Europe

  • Ability to navigate regional differences in marketing execution, channels, and buyer behaviour

Industry Experience (Preferred)

Experience in one or more of the following sectors:

  • Manufacturing

  • Energy, Utilities & Resources

  • Transportation

  • Construction & Engineering

  • Telecommunication
