THE ROLE
This role is for either full-time or part-time employment. Moreover, it is for temporary employment for 1 year.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Management of the administrative organization as well as optimization and further development of processes in all administration-related areas
- Ensuring the correct operation of all activities in the day-to-day activities of the office
- Budget planning and administration
- Central contact person within an international team regarding organizational issues
- Event management
- Close, trusting cooperation with the Managing Director & CTO
- Provide professional support to the Managing Director & CTO in day-to-day operational, organizational and strategic activities
- Participation in strategic projects of the Managing Director & CTO
- Central contact person for operational managers
- Preparation of presentations, evaluations and statistics as a basis for decisions
- Research and planning tasks
- Handling of internal and external correspondence
- Take over of ad-hoc tasks
QUALIFICATIONS
- Successfully completed studies or commercial training, as well as professional experience as an assistant or in a comparable position
- 6+ years of experience as an assistant or secretary
- Broad knowledge of the field
- Resolves issues and contributes to business unit development
- Ability to work closely with senior managers and directors on departmental issues
- Confident and convincing appearance, both internally and towards business customers
- Organized personality which drives outcome
- Very good knowledge of all Office applications, especially Outlook and Excel, complete your profile
