THE ROLE

As a Dynamics Engineer (m/f/d) it is your task to implement and support the Microsoft Dynamics applications (CE, UO) for IGEL. As part of the BizApps Team you work in an international team of business application specialists that strongly aligns within IGEL's business departments and external service providers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze and design changes to CRM and ERP related-specific functions in the area of Marketing, Sales, Order Processing, Finance and Procurement
  • Develop, implement, test, deploy and document requirements as well as internal and external integrations
  • Contribute to IGELs overall architecture and design of IGELs application, processes and data landscape
  • Recommend and make use of industry trends and future-proof best practices
  • Ensure service delivery to IGEL business departments for IGELs Microsoft Dynamics based applications
  • Solve, report and manage incidents
  • Involve and coordinate external service providers
  • Contribute to IGELs work culture and work experience and collaborate closely with other teams of IGEL's international business organization

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in business informatics, computer science or similar subject or comparable experience with conceptual strength and above-average comprehension
  • 4+ years work experience in the area of Microsoft Dynamics (CRM / CE, UO / FO / Axapta) and Power Platform
  • Strong expertise in installing and deploying CRM functions, customizing Dataverse instances, implementing business workflows and automation of processes
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft .NET, C#, Javascript/Typescript/Node.js as well as experience in frameworks/libraries such as Angular or React.js or Vue.js or equivalent.
  • Experience with supporting Microsoft products (SQL Server, SharePoint, Azure Resources)
  • Experience with Azure DevOps Services, Azure portal and automating processes through scripting (e.g. PowerShell/F# etc.)
  • Solution-oriented and a collegial, supportive attitude combined with a creative mindset with proven ability to deliver
  • Experience in channel and subscription-based industries / processes is a plus
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English and German
