TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide guidance and leadership to the team
• Work closely within IGELs management team
• Manage and coordinate the work efforts of the team members
• Develop skills of individual team members
• Conduct hiring interviews and performance appraisals
• Contribute to IGELs work culture and work experience
• Provide, organize and ensure service delivery and business continuity to IGELs business departments
• Strongly contribute to IGELs end-to-end business process optimization in the area of ERP & CRM in collaboration with IGELs business departments
• Initiate, plan and deliver projects in the area of ERP & CRM
• Recommend and advocate industry trends, best practices and future-proof architecture for ERP & CRM based processes
• Manage the portfolio of projects and incidents in the area of Dynamics ERP & CRM
• Execute escalation / coordination of major incidents
• Manage the development of Dynamics ERP & CRM as business unit
• Involve, contract and manage external service providers based on SLAs and budgets
• Work closely with executive management on critical issues and organizational policies
  

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in business informatics, computer science or comparable subject or comparable experience with conceptual strength and above-average comprehension
• 10+ years professional experience as consultant / architect / project manager
• 7+ years management responsibility
• Strategic ability to guide the area of ERP & CRM within IGELs overall business context
• Expert knowledge and experience in process design, application management and project execution
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics consulting and customizing
• Proven track record of in time & in budget delivery of complex business transformation projects in the area of ERP & CRM
• Strong communication skills, fluent oral and written English
