Location: Fort Lauderdale, Florida (hybrid)

THE ROLE:

The Lead Qualification Specialist (LQS) will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of inbound leads while developing outbound prospect lists for targeted lead generation. This position involves analyzing and refining prospect data from various sources to identify potential customers interested in IGEL solutions, as well as removing any inaccurate or irrelevant information from lead databases.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Responsible for qualifying sales leads generated through IGEL’s marketing activities.
  • Drives lead generation efforts through targeted research and identification of potential customers, including leveraging key industry reports and online resources.
  • Monitors and reports on the effectiveness of IGEL’s sales and marketing campaigns to optimize lead generation and qualification processes.
  • Demonstrates the ability to execute IGEL’s corporate sales and marketing strategies efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborates closely with SDR, Inside Sales, and Field Sales teams to streamline sales activities and improve conversion rates.
  • Develops and maintains in-depth knowledge of IGEL OS and related technologies to accurately assess market needs and customer opportunities.
  • Exhibits strong skills in qualifying new and existing customers primarily through phone and email interactions.
  • Updates and maintains the customer relationship management (CRM) software to ensure comprehensive visibility of customer information across IGEL’s teams.
  • Communicates high-potential opportunities to Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Territory Managers (TMs), and Commercial Account Managers (CAMs) to drive follow-up actions.
  • Gains and applies technical knowledge of IGEL’s key solutions to effectively assess and prioritize leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in lead generation or sales support, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation tools and techniques, including email marketing, social media, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using data analytics to drive decisions and improve lead generation efforts.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
