AUFGABEN UND VERANTWORTLICHKEITEN:

• Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen von ausländischen/deutschen Tochtergesellschaften (operativ und Holdings)
• Abwicklung der Debitoren-, Kreditoren- und Anlagenbuchhaltung für ausländische Gesellschaften
• Abstimmung von Intercompanybeziehungen; Mitarbeit im Bereich der Transferpreise
• Erstellung von Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen
• Erfahrung mit Lohnbuchhaltung wünschenswert
• Verantwortung für das monatliche finanzielle Berichtswesen
• Erfassung von Rechnungen, Abgrenzungs- und Rückstellungsbuchungen und Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs
• Vorbereitende Tätigkeiten für die Jahresabschlussprüfung und Abstimmung mit Steuerberatern und Abschlussprüfern
• Erfassung von Reisekosten; potentiell Back-up für Concur System Administrator
  

ERFAHRUNG UND QUALIFIKATIONEN:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, gerne mit einer Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter
• Bilanzsicherheit nach HGB, Kenntnisse in internationaler Rechnungslegung wünschenswert
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
• Konzernbilanzierungskenntnisse wären ein Plus
• Sichere Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem MS Office-Paket
• Kenntnisse im ERP System Microsoft Dynamics; Concur Kenntnisse wären wünschenswert
  
• Ergebnisorientierte und motivierte Arbeitsweise

LOCATION: Bremen, Germany

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparation of monthly and annual accounts of foreign subsidiaries
• Handling of accounts receivable, accounts payable and fixed asset accounting for foreign companies
• Reconciliation of intercompany relationships; Transfer pricing, in collaboration with the team
  
• Preparation of turnover tax advance returns
• Responsibility for the monthly financial reporting
• Posting of Vendor Invoices, Deferral and Accrual Postings, Processing of payments
• Preparatory tasks for year-end audit and coordination of activities with tax advisors and auditors
• Review, Approval and Posting of travel expenses; potentially Concur System Administrator Backup

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Successfully completed commercial training, preferably with further training as an accountant
• Thorough knowledge of balance sheets according to HGB
• Knowledge of international accounting rules and experience with payroll is a plus
  
• Professional experience in finance and accounting
  
• Knowledge of ERP System Microsoft Dynamics; Concur Knowledge is a plus
  
• Results-oriented and self-motivated
• Experience with group accounting a plus
• Reliable and able to work in a team
  
• Strong analytical skills and affinity for numbers
• Fluent German and good English language skills
