Senior Growth Marketing Manager

THE ROLE:
IGEL is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to drive enterprise demand generation through global digital marketing programs. This individual contributor role is ideal for a senior, hands-on marketer who knows how to turn strategy into execution and execution into measurable pipeline impact.
You will be responsible for planning and running multi-channel digital campaigns that reach enterprise IT buying groups to generate qualified demand and contribute directly to sales pipeline. While brand and awareness initiatives are part of the mix, success in this role is measured primarily by engagement quality, lead conversion, and pipeline outcomes.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel demand campaigns targeting enterprise organizations with complex buying groups, including C-level and senior IT audiences
Translate campaign objectives into detailed execution plans across paid, owned and targeted channels for all stages of the buyer journey
Ensure strategic and effective use of channels to reach target accounts and acquire, nurture, and convert new contacts into high-quality sales leads
Scale and optimize campaigns across and within channels to continuously improve performance
Accelerate IGEL’s acquisition strategies through cutting-edge digital strategies and tactics, AI-powered marketing, and creative experimentation
Digital Marketing Programs
Manage and execute campaigns across global digital channels, including web, paid search, social media, audio/video, targeted display ads, email & nurture programs
Drive A/B testing strategy and experimentation across landing pages, offers, messaging, and creative to continuously improve conversion rates and lead quality
Lead paid search campaigns from keyword strategy and bidding to ad copy testing and landing page experience to maximize quality leads while maintaining efficiency
Guide campaign strategy and execution across social platforms including audience segmentation, testing, and full-funnel activation from awareness to conversion
Create and implement nurture strategy to move buyers through funnel from initial engagement through to SQL through owned channels and retargeting
Leverage intent, lookalike and account-based targeting to reach ideal customers using tools such as 6sense
Content Creation
Define content and offers required at each stage of the buyer journey to support digital campaigns and partner with internal teams to generate compelling content
Map, deploy, and test offers within the appropriate channels to maximize engagement and conversion and report on most effective content through funnel
Measurement, Optimization & Reporting
Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance at every stage of the funnel using engagement, CPC and CPL, MQL and SQL generation, pipeline creation & marketing influence metrics
Use performance data to inform optimizations and future campaign strategies
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Ensure alignment between digital campaigns and go-to-market initiatives across Marketing, Field, Product, Channel, and Sales teams
Deliver effective communications to inform stakeholders of campaigns and results
Manage execution through agencies and internal partners and work closely with stakeholders across Marketing and Sales to support marketing programs
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Requirements:
7+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation
Proven experience marketing enterprise B2B SaaS solutions to regulated industries (healthcare, financial services, government preferred)
Deep knowledge of digital strategies and how to leverage channels at each stage of the journey, with hands-on expertise executing multi-channel campaigns end to end
Familiarity and experience working in marketing automation platforms and CRMs
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and ability to measure and optimize performance beyond top of funnel metrics
Strong written, verbal and relationship-building skills
Desire to innovate, experiment and test marketing strategies and tactics
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience marketing security, end-user computing, or infrastructure technology
Experience supporting global or multi-region campaigns
Experience using ABM and intent platforms (e.g., 6sense)
Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365
Familiarity with SEO best practices and optimization tools
