The role requires close collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders across organizations and regions. The broad scope of this role spans across programs, marketing, business development, and ultimately sales.

  2. Program Evolution: Regularly review the IGEL GSI program, evaluate its effectiveness, and make recommendations for evolving program elements in ways that are consistent with other IGEL sales and channel strategies.
  3. Team Leadership: Effective leadership and management of small teams, appropriately prioritizing workstreams and providing direction on execution that will have the maximum impact on the business.
  4. Enablement Training and Support: Organize and coordinate training and support programs to accelerate adoption at all organizational levels.
  5. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with the strategic partner at all levels, from executives to operational teams.
  6. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze partnership performance, identifying opportunities for growth, improvement, and enablement.
  7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and channel teams to drive effective engagement and the desired sales outcomes.
  8. Global Coordination: Coordinate with regional teams to ensure a consistent and integrated approach across different markets.
  9. Reporting: Provide regular updates to the business on the partnership's status, performance, and future direction.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field.
  • Thorough understanding and experience with GSI Programs, including both traditional resale and managed services models.
  • Proven track record of managing, enabling, and driving significant sales results from GSI partnerships.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
