THE ROLE:
We are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) for our IPG Administration with the scope of 20 hours/week. As a Working Student (m/f/d) you will be involved in the day-to-day activities of the secretarial department of an internationally operating software company and support the team in various tasks.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assisting with general office and reception duties
- Organizing office layout and ordering of office supplies
- Support with reception and visitor related tasks
- Responding to employee inquiries regarding office administration matters
- Maintaining documents and filling systems
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- First practical experience would be an advantage
- You are currently enrolled as a student and will be enrolled for 12 months or more in your studies
- Quick comprehension, team spirit, initiative and strong communication skills as well as a self-reliant and diligent way of working
- Motivated, Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Confident knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken, which enable you to work in a bilingually communicating company
